As challenging as a tough hike to the Ko'olau Summit, is the task of recording the events that occur on a jaunt into the natural wonders of Hawai'i. Often putting together the slideshow afterwards took all my time and energy. Yet I was able initially to write up every single trek into the wilderness. However that changed sometime in 2008 as time compressed, energy waned and other activities pulled at me.
So I've now settled on the compromise of recording only one or two adventures per month. I've categorized by years still as I see this as a long term hobby with no end in sight (Until I fall off a mountain anyway ;-)
